Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure hygiene standards are met, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package to our quality control facility for inspection.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
